The Message in a Bottle was a great gift idea for my 24th anniversary this year. It was very unique and the concept is neat. My husband had no clue as to what it was, when he opened it, he was quite surprised, loved the note inside. It now sits on our fireplace. Overall, I'm quite pleased with the product and found the price to be very reasonable.  The shipping was also a smooth process.

My wife loved the message in a bottle -- and hates the fact that I'm making her wait until our SECOND anniv. to open it up and read the message inside.  An excellent gift idea.

However, I did attempt to contact customer service 2-3 and never had the phone message returned. My question is a non-issue now (regarding the credit card payment that has already gone through), but that was mildly irritating.

Overall, a good service. I've added your site to my favorites and will shop with you again

The product ( Message in a Bottle ) was shipped in a timely way and arrived w/o problem.  The product itself was very nice.  I pre-placed the bottle along the riverbank and then took a walk with my wife where she stumbled upon the bottle.  Luckily she didn't throw the bottle out in the river, but decided to see what was inside the bottle.  She loved the poem.
