For a reasonable price, you can put your names down and be surprised when it comes in mail. Add a message at the bottom and it looks great with frame

The customer service was good but when I got the above item with a tan frame I was very disappointed that I did not get not what was advertise with the black frame.
It was never even mentioned that I would not get the black frame.

Admin Reply: Hi, the description reads "Frame styles and colors vary" but we have a "The Dog Ate Guarantee" you can return any item with no questions asked for full credit or exchange.

I bought this for my husband for our 5 year anniversary while he was deployed to Afghanistan. Product was shipped directly to Afghanistan in a timely manner. When he received it, it was undamaged and he said it was very nice! I have yet to see it...maybe in April when he returns :(
