This is the 1st time purchasing item from this website. I rec''d item on a quick/timely manner. I had concerns once i rec''d item, and called their customer service to advise them. I had replacement item within a couple of days. Customer Service is very easy to deal with when problem arose and it was hassle free !!! I will definitely be coming back for future gifts.
